Woodworks Designs: Contemporary,
original hand-made furniture

Owner of ‘Woodworks Designs’ Barry Feldman has been designing and building furniture since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1977. We were delighted when approached by him to design and build a website that could display his vast catalogue of work. His contemporary, modern, beautifully simple and practical designs have featured in many well known publications over the years including ‘The Sunday Times Supplement’, ‘House and Garden’, ‘Italian Vogue’, ‘Good House Keeping’ and ‘Beautiful Homes’.

Barry, together with his wife Vicky (who runs the popular Canterbury Baking School) are to be featured in a BBC documentary on the trials and tribulations of setting up in business during tough economic times. The show is scheduled to air later this year.

In the mean time, have a look at how we approached the design and build of the project, or click through to to view the finished article.

Hundred Percent Bread

No additives or adulterants, just 100% bread at the Canterbury Baking School

Ready, steady, bake!

Baking has never been so popular as it is right now, and when approached by the Canterbury Baking School to build them a brand new website we were happy to ‘rise’ to the challenge!

Canterbury Baking School owner Vicky Feldman prides herself on providing a friendly, family-orientated and informative environment in which to learn how to bake. We took time to understand Vicky’s food philosophy and even had the chance to learn about the various grains and yeasts that she uses at the baking school.

We wanted to build a site that presented information in a clear, precise manner – but also importantly had a welcoming, friendly feel that represented Vicky’s own approach to business.

You can have a look at how we put the site together, or head straight over to the Canterbury Baking School to have a look at the finished product. Why not book your place on a baking workshop while you’re there; we’re getting hungry just thinking about it!

Deconstructed Llamas of Evil

Evilness and Llamas:
what more do you want from a website?

Scribbletribe really enjoyed putting together our latest website for London based creative team ‘Evil Llama’. Not only do they have the coolest name ever, but are the guys responsible for some of the best music DVD and BluRays released in recent years including U2, Pink Floyd and Julian Lennon. (You might have heard of those guys – right?)

Time very much of the essence, Evil Llama were extremely keen to get the project up and running as fast as humanly possible, and we were naturally happy to pull out all the stops in creating a deceptively simple, bespoke website in just under 3 days.

Have a look at how we helped out.

Kent Vineyards website showcases the very best of the 'Garden of England'

Cheers! Kent Vineyards site launches

Scribbletribe are delighted to deliver an elegant and sleek site to Kent Vineyards – helping promote vineyards and wine-makers within the county. More used to being in the (rainy) shadow of their continental counterparts, English and British wines are steadily establishing themselves in national and international markets.

A one-time laughing stock, some English wines are now outperforming other long-established continental vineyards. Sparkling white wines are particularly strong, and with media and public interest at an all time high, it’s definitely a great idea to plan your own visit this summer.
